Of these, 85% are enrolled in specialized IT courses offered in collaboration with UK and Nepalese universities. After completing their first year, students become eligible to work in the IT industry, creating a talent pool of 7,000+ students ready to take on IT outsourcing roles. Many have already demonstrated their capabilities by successfully completing real-world projects.

ING also operates several IT companies specializing in areas like data and cybersecurity, software development, technical operations, and other areas. As these students graduate, they are well-prepared to lead and excel in IT outsourcing, further strengthening Nepal’s position in the global IT landscape.
